Our products are shipped from our warehouse located overseas. We offer free standard shipping worldwide. After processing your order, it typically takes between 12 to 24 business days to arrive.

  Please note that these shipping times are calculated after a 1-2 business days processing window (excluding weekends).

Processing Time:

Once you place an order, we need time to prepare and ship it. We strive to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days, but please note that this processing time may be affected by factors such as product availability or order volume.

Tracking

Your Order: When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our customer support or through tracking websites.

Delivery:

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipment.

Returns:

You must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return but you have 14 days to return the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
